It is our goal for 2010/2011 to give our customers 100% satisfaction. We haven't always been able to do that in the past. However, please take a moment to read our Refunds Policy and understand our terms and conditions. We travel 35 weeks out of the year and it makes it very difficult to get all orders out in a timely fashion. There is a turn around time of 3-5 business days during winter months and the Christmas holidays to get your order out. That reason is because we are traveling to the next snow show or snowcross.
