1. There are no REFUNDS ... product exchanges only. If we do refund your order, we only issue refunds on the 15th and the 30th of each month. 2. If you return and item for a refund without a refund confirmation -- there will be a 20% restocking fee. 3. Orders are shipped out within 3-5 business days (weekends are excluded because we are normally at a show and can't ship during the weekend) 4. Exchanges - If you receive the wrong size item - we will ask you to return the garment at your expense and we will reship the correct item at our expense. More to be added.
